Cancellation terms vary by service type and how close the departure date is.
Organised trips and Omra: cancelling more than 30 days before departure is refunded less the file fee. After that, deductions apply according to hotel and airline conditions.
Flight tickets: subject to the issuing airline’s conditions, and usually non-refundable.
Visa files: amounts paid to consulates and visa centres are not refundable if the application is refused.
