These terms govern the use of the Maamoun Travel Agency website and the booking services offered on it.
1. Booking: any request made on the site is a preliminary request. It becomes final only once the agency confirms it and the agreed amount or deposit is paid.
2. Prices: prices are shown in Tunisian dinar and include only the services listed in each offer.
3. Documents: the traveller is responsible for their passport's validity and for the accuracy of the information provided.
4. Changes: the agency may have to change a programme for reasons beyond its control, informing the client as soon as possible.
